The Adkhār Of Standing Up After Rukū'
THE ADKHĀR OF STANDING UP AFTER RUKŪ' He (The Prophet ﷺ) used to rise from rukū' while saying; سَمِعَ اللّٰه لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ Sami' Allāhu liman ḥamdah Allāh hears the one who praises Him Then he ﷺ would say while standing upright 1) رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الۡحَمْدُ Rabbanā wa-laka al-Ḥamd Our Lord and to You be all the praise. Or 2) رَبَّنَا لَكَ الۡحَمْدُ Rabbanā laka al-Ḥamd Our Lord, to You be all the praise And sometimes he ﷺ used to add at the beginning of the two statements 3), 4) اللَّهُمَّ Allāhumma O Allāh Sometimes he ﷺ used to add to the above statements, 5) مِلْءَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمِلْءَ الأَرْضِ وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ Mil' as-samāwāti wa [mil'] al-arḍ wa mil mā shi'ta min shay'in ba'd (A praise that) Fills the heavens and the earth and whatever You will after that. Or add 6) مِلْءَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ[مِلْءَ] الأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ Mil' as-samāwāti wa [mil'] al-arḍ wa mā baynahu...
